Job summary

Cavalier Logistics, Inc. is seeking a full-time licensed Customs Broker to manage import operations. You will ensure compliance, maintain customs documentation, and handle customer communications effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an import operation and 2 years as a licensed broker.
• Knowledge of OGA regulations including FDA, FCC, USDA, and BATF is required.
• Ability to train support staff in customs regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about U.S. Customs and OGA requirements.
• File entries with U.S. Customs and ensure timely dispatch of cargo.
• Prepare and review routine reports and maintain customer records.
