Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise student assistants and perform customer service at Library Services Desk.
• Participate in Saturday work rotation and supervise work-study students.
• Serve as liaison for library facilities and coordinate safety and security issues.
• Act as internal project manager on library projects and maintain space inventory.
• Coordinate office moves and equipment installations.
• Build relationships across university departments to advance library goals.
• Coordinate and manage library events and room reservations.
• Provide general administrative support and budget input.
