Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS/MSLS/MIS or equivalent degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with integrated library systems and academic software.
• Experience with Alma/Primo VE and Primo NDE; OCLC Connexion.
• Experience with Springshare LibGuides/LibAnswers.
• Knowledge of RDA/FRBR; EZProxy and digital repositories.
• Strong communication and collaboration; commitment to inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize library systems (ILS, discovery, ERM, digital collections).
• Ensure access to online resources and digital collections; troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with IT and library staff for seamless service.
• Coordinate selection/integration of electronic resources with input from Manager.
• Represent Bentley in Boston Library Consortium Alma/Primo networks.
• Provide reference desk services as needed.
