Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of claim and litigation processes; liability and damages analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provides quality customer service and ensures file quality and timely coverage analysis and communication with insured.
• Interview witnesses and stakeholders and collect statements as appropriate.
• Investigate claims through prompt contacts with policyholders, claimants, law enforcement, witnesses, and experts to determine liability and damages.
• Develops litigation plan with counsel when needed and manages case strategy and expenses.
