Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high-value liability claims nationwide for assigned clients.
• Coordinate coverage referrals and compliance with TPAs and internal teams.
• Oversee TPAs across major claim phases: coverage, investigation, reserving, recovery.
• Provide guidance to TPA adjusters and collaborate with regional practice leads.
• Participate in claim audits, analytics, and discussions with actuarial and underwriting.
• Communicate issues, results, and trends to stakeholders and clients.
• Engage in development of strategies to optimize claim outcomes and costs.
• Report to Claims Manager – TPA Liability and contribute to performance reviews.
