Preply is seeking a Lesson Experience Improvement Specialist to strengthen the end-to-end lesson journey—from scheduling to delivery and issue handling. You’ll translate customer signals and performance data into scalable workflows, policies, and cross-functional fixes across Product, Supply Ops and Customer Care.

This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, Spain or Kyiv, Ukraine, and partners with Product, Customer Care and Operations to operationalize launches and continuously improve learning

• Own lesson-journey outcomes and metrics.
• Build scalable workflows and operating model for scheduling, delivery, and exceptions.
• Influence cross-functional roadmaps with Product and Supply Ops.
• Deliver improvements across the lesson journey.
