Job summary

CoreVest is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Lending Technology, to lead planning and delivery of a portfolio of tech initiatives across the CoreVest platform. You will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, manage scope, timing, and resources, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Compliance to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on mortgage or real estate lending knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of technology project/program management, agile delivery, or leadership.
• Mortgage or real estate lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap by translating priorities into an integrated delivery plan and defining success measures.
• Plan capacity and resources, forecast demand, and manage vendor commitments and budgets.
• Lead complex delivery across multiple initiatives with defined scope, schedule, and risk controls.
• Enable agile and hybrid delivery with planning sessions, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive governance with clear decision rights, stage gates, and executive reporting.
• Improve delivery by tracking KPIs, dashboards, and using AI tools to streamline planning and documentation.
