Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Seven+ years in technology project management, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Experience in mortgage or real estate lending and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the roadmap by translating priorities into an integrated program portfolio.
• Plan capacity, allocate resources, and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Lead lifecycle from charter to closeout with governance and risk tracking.
• Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods and drive UAT, release, and transition.
• Provide executive visibility with dashboards, metrics, and status reporting.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Vendors.
