Job summary

CoreVest is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Lending Technology, to lead planning and delivery of key mortgage technology initiatives in Mill Valley, CA. You will align demand with capacity, manage budgets, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external partners.

The role requires strong program management fundamentals, experience in mortgage lending, and the ability to operate across executive and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Seven or more years of technology project management or program leadership experience.
• Experience in mortgage or real estate lending.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape an integrated roadmap translating priorities into programs and milestones.
• Plan capacity, resource allocation, and governance across teams.
• Lead complex delivery with chartering, scheduling, and risk management.
• Enable agile, hybrid delivery and manage stakeholder communications.
• Drive governance and executive visibility with stage gates and dashboards.
• Improve delivery with metrics, dashboards, and AI-assisted planning.
