Job summary

CoreVest is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Lending Technology, to lead planning and delivery of a portfolio of technology initiatives across the CoreVest platform. You will translate priorities into practical delivery plans and manage scope, risk, and resources with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in technology project management, program management, agile delivery, or technical delivery leadership.
• Experience within mortgage or real estate lending, including areas such as loan origination, whole‑loan sales, warehouse lending, DSCR, bridge lending, or related operations.
• Demonstrated success translating strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from charter and planning through execution, release, operational transition, benefits review, and closeout.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependency maps, critical-path analysis, RAID logs, and decision logs.
• Manage multiple concurrent and interdependent initiatives while controlling changes to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate work across internal teams and third parties, including projects involving lending, finance, treasury, capital markets, trading, and enterprise platforms.
• Remove impediments, clarify ownership, secure timely decisions, and elevate unresolved issues with clear options and impact analysis.
• Incorporate architecture, data, security, compliance, testing, controls, and operational readiness into delivery plans.
