Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5–7 years of commercial lending and banking experience.
- Strong loan negotiation and underwriting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of bank policy, risk management and underwriting requirements.
- Cross-sell banking products across commercial and specialty groups.
- Proficient in PC; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and bring new loan clients with annual targets.
- Negotiate and structure primary loan terms; circulate concept memo.
- Coordinate CCR preparation with underwriters and staff.
- Present CCR to approval authorities; ensure accuracy of content.
- Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage closing process and client experience.
- Monitor credit quality and risk rating of portfolio.
