U.S. Bank in Fargo, ND is seeking a senior leader to manage the Lending Authority Management team within Business Banking Credit Services.

You will design and implement the Lending Authority framework for underwriters and drive efficiency, scalability, and policy alignment across the unit. You will mentor a team of 3–5 professionals, set clear goals, participate in hiring and training, and partner with analytics to close gaps in coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, credit analysis, procedures and philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Transformation: Design and execute a new Lending Authority framework for business banking credit underwriters.
• Champion transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and standardization across credit support functions.
• Partner with leaders and analytics to identify gaps in lending authority coverage by product, region, seniority, and capacity.
