U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Credit Administrator – Lending Authority Management to strengthen lending authority bench strength through standardized assessment and risk-based readiness reviews.

You will partner with Credit Risk Management and Quality Management to ensure authority is earned, maintained, and applied in line with risk appetite. This senior role supports coverage during volume surges and coaches underwriters through increasing complexity and authority progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or credit risk management.
• Understanding of credit policy, lending authority frameworks, and risk assessment.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and recommend lending authorities with risk-based approach.
• Apply a consistent lending authority rubric across credit roles.
• Develop targeted development plans to address skill gaps and errors.
• Maintain lending authority for coverage during peaks.
• Serve as central point of contact for lending authority initiatives.
