This senior technologist will translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable, secure technology for legal workflows and enterprise processes. You will collaborate with Business Services, Practice Groups, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Information Security, and IT to deliver practical technology solutions, evaluate emerging tech, and improve service delivery and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise applications or legal technology.
• 3+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, data governance, and security requirements.
• Experience evaluating or implementing generative AI and other AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex legal and business requirements into solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions for legal workflows.
• Develop data, application, and integration designs linking legal apps, DMS, CRM, matter mgmt, data warehouses, and AI.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, specifications, and documentation.
• Develop reusable design patterns for APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Evaluate emerging legal technologies and recommend investments that support strategy and risk management.
