You will translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions that support workflow automation, data integration, and AI-enabled capabilities across matter management, document systems, and CRM. You will collaborate with Business Services, Practice Groups, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Security, and IT to ensure solutions align with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise applications or related tech roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions and integrations.
• Experience with solution design, integration, and modernization.
• Ability to evaluate alternatives by scalability, risk, and value.
• Knowledge of API design, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into solution designs.
• Build scalable, secure technology solutions for legal workflows.
• Design data, application, and integration architectures across systems.
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and governance.
• Create architecture diagrams, specs, and documentation.
• Develop reusable patterns for APIs, automation, and AI solutions.
• Evaluate and invest in emerging legal tech and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with Innovation, KM, and IT to prioritize use cases.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled technologies and automation.
