Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Applications Solutions Engineer to advance the firm’s technology in legal workflows, automation, and AI.

You will design scalable, secure solutions and collaborate across Business Services, Practice Groups, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Information Security, and IT to translate complex requirements into practical technology strategies. The role calls for 8+ years in enterprise apps, plus experience with Litera, Intapp, NetDocuments, and API integrations

Competenze

• 8+ years in enterprise applications, solution design, or related roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions and integrations.
• Experience designing and delivering integrations between firm systems and third-party apps using APIs and web services.
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of legal applications (Litera, Intapp, NetDocuments, Aderant, Bighand).
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or related fields.

• Translate complex legal and business requirements into solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure technology solutions for legal workflows and processes.
• Develop data, application, and integration designs linking legal apps, DMS, CRM, matter mgmt, data warehouses, and AI.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Create architecture diagrams, specs, and governance documents.
• Develop reusable patterns for APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Evaluate emerging legal technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Collaborate with Innovation, KM, and IT to prioritize high-value use cases.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled technologies and intelligent automation.
