Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Applications Solutions Engineer to advance the firm’s legal technology.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions for legal workflows, integrating document management, CRM, matter management, and data warehouses. You will work with leadership to refine governance, architecture, and security standards, and drive AI-enabled initiatives across the firm.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, solution design, legal technology, or related technology roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise-scale technology solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, integration patterns, API design, data governance, and security requirements.
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between firm systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code platforms; business process optimization.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.

• Translate complex legal and business requirements into solution designs.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions for legal workflows and business processes.
• Develop data, application, and integration designs connecting legal apps, document management, CRM, matter management, data warehouses, and AI.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specs, and supporting documentation.
• Develop reusable design patterns for APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate emerging legal technologies and recommend investments aligned with firm strategy.
• Partner with Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Technology teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Evaluate and support adoption of AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI.
• Improve development, deployment, and support processes through automation and standardization.
