Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an Applications Solutions Engineer to advance its legal technology solutions. You will translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs supporting firm objectives.

You will collaborate across Business Services, Practice Groups, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Information Security and IT to improve service delivery, efficiency and client value through AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise applications, solution design or related tech roles.
3+ years designing enterprise-scale technology solutions and integrations.
Experience designing, integrating, and modernizing enterprise solutions.
Ability to evaluate options based on scalability, risk, and business value.
Strong knowledge of solution architecture, APIs, data governance and security.

Responsibilities

Translate complex legal and business requirements into scalable designs.
Design scalable, secure technology solutions for legal workflows and processes.
Develop data, application, and integration designs connecting legal apps, DMS, CRM, matter management, data warehouses and AI tools.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and governance.
Create architecture diagrams, specs and documentation.
Develop reusable patterns for APIs, integrations and automation.
Evaluate emerging legal technologies and potential investments.
Collaborate with Innovation, Knowledge Management and Tech teams to prioritize use cases.
Support adoption of AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI and intelligent automation.
