Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks an Applications Solutions Engineer to advance the firm’s legal technology. You will translate complex legal and business needs into scalable technology, integrating legal apps, DMS, CRM, and data warehouses with AI-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate with Business Services, Practice Groups, Knowledge Management and IT to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and client value while maintaining security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping enterprise-scale technology solutions within a law or professional services context.
• Ability to translate complex legal and business needs into scalable designs.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and data management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex legal and business requirements into solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions for legal workflows.
• Develop data, application, and integration designs connecting legal apps, DMS, CRM, and AI.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specs, and requirements documentation.
• Develop reusable design patterns for APIs, integrations, automation, and AI.
• Evaluate and advocate for emerging legal technologies and investments.
• Partner with Innovation and IT teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Evaluate AI-enabled technologies, including generative AI and automation.
