Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is recruiting a Staff-level Business Systems Analyst for Legal Technology to own the portfolio and roadmap, partnering with LCPO and FLP Tech leadership to deliver a multi-year plan.

You will balance requirements with strategic execution, ensuring alignment with legal workflows and data-driven insights. You will drive end-to-end delivery, oversee integrations with CLM, eDiscovery, and matter management, and explore AI-enabled improvements while maintaining governance and audit

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise software products or business systems.
• Portfolio and roadmap ownership with multi-year planning.
• Requirements elicitation, process mapping and user stories.
• Familiarity with legal workflows (matter intake, CLM, eDiscovery).

Responsibilities

• Vision, Portfolio & Roadmap: define and own multi-year legal tech roadmap and investment.
• Stakeholder partnership: gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Unified orchestration: own omnichannel intake and SLA management across channels.
• Build vs. Buy governance: run vendor evaluations and build the business case.
• Solution design & integration: lead fit-gap analysis and API/data-model considerations.
• AI innovation & prototyping: build prototypes and pilots for Generative AI and workflows.
• Data & measurement: establish baselines and partner with data teams for health metrics.
• Delivery, adoption & craft leadership: drive end-to-end delivery and set craft standards.
