The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging new technologies to enhance legal practice, fostering adoption of practice technology, and supporting compliance and risk management. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with familiarity in legal technology and experience with data analytics. This role includes managing a team of Knowledge paralegals.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering training on legal technology.
• Sufficient knowledge of legal principles for use cases.

• Experience managing knowledge bases or content governance.

Responsabilidades

• Shape knowledge strategy leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Play a role in the firm's Legal Evolution AI Program.
• Encourage adoption of practice technology and processes.
• Analyze usage data across Knowledge/AI platforms.
• Support with risk and compliance in legal tech.
• Manage three Knowledge paralegals.
