Our client, a highly regarded global AmLaw firm and recognized leader in the technology and innovation space, is seeking a Knowledge Management & Innovation Manager to help drive the firm’s continued adoption and advancement of AI across its legal practice.

This is a highly visible opportunity for a law firm professional with hands-on AI experience who can work directly with attorneys, understand real legal workflows, and translate them into practical, scalable AI solutions.

This role will be hybrid and can be based in SF, Silicon Valley, Santa Monica, Boston, NYC, or D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with attorneys and paralegals to implement AI solutions and identify opportunities for broader firmwide adoption
• Develop deep expertise in leading AI platforms and apply that knowledge to legal workflows and use cases
• Help establish best practices and governance around the firm’s evolving use of AI
• Lead communications and training initiatives designed to drive adoption across practice groups
• Collaborate with Practice Support Lawyers, Attorney Training, Compliance, and technical teams on firmwide AI initiatives

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within a law firm or legal technology environment
• Hands-on experience implementing AI into legal workflows and working directly with attorneys
• Strong technical fluency with AI platforms and the ability to problem-solve independently
• Confidence and credibility presenting to partners and senior attorneys
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Creative, adaptable, and genuinely interested in the rapidly evolving legal AI landscape
