Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate Holdco LLC is seeking a leader to own multi-year Legal Technology transformation initiatives across the in-house Legal team. You will oversee budgets, keep leadership informed, and drive modernization of workflows using CLM and ELM tools.

Partner with IT, Product Management, and Business Analysts to deploy AI-enabled workflows, governance, and training. This role emphasizes change management, analytics, and scalable process improvements to elevate legal services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in legal operations or legal technology.
• Experience leading business side of legal tech platforms and overseeing implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year Legal Technology transformation initiatives and budget.
• Redesign workflows and build low-code/no-code solutions; liaise with IT and Legal teams.
• Drive change management, training, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Identify optimization opportunities and ensure systems enable scalable legal services.
