Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Legal Solutions Center to independently manage a sophisticated portfolio, including regulatory research, compliance workflows, and contract review. You will lead projects, guide team members, and collaborate with attorneys, compliance professionals, and business partners with minimal supervision.

You will bring paralegal or compliance experience, strong critical thinking, and the ability to balance priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent.
• Seven years of legal or compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, legal and compliance teams.
• Serve as SME for internal BI systems and policies.
• Lead projects, manage timelines and resources.
• Create procedures for client areas to manage client risk and costs.
• Identify ways to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Conduct complex legal research and present findings.
