Job summary

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for a high-volume law-firm client seeking to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, optimize operations, and accelerate growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this consultant will assess existing processes, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and design, build, and implement a firm-wide AI strategy that enhances productivity, drives innovation, and improves service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar environments.
• Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such as LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.
• Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Strong process improvement, executive communication, and change-management skills.
• Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; California employment law knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows and identify automation opportunities across legal and business operations.
• Develop an AI roadmap with recommended tools, AI agents, and implementation priorities.
• Design, build, deploy, and implement AI-driven solutions for client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other core business processes.
• Architect and develop custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can be scaled across the firm.
• Lead training, adoption, governance, and change-management initiatives.
• Deliver measurable results and recommendations for future AI development.
