Job summary

Hex Technologies is building a scalable legal operations platform at a rapid pace. This in-house role will own contract lifecycle management, workflow design, and governance across the company, integrating AI tooling and automation into everyday processes.

You’ll drive intake for all legal workstreams, manage outside counsel relationships, and build a robust tech stack to support a growing organization. A strong candidate brings CLM experience and a track record of enabling business teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management
• 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company
• Experience with CLM systems and intake/workflow design

Responsibilities

• Drive CLM adoption and enablement so the revenue team self-serves on standard deals
• Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as deal structures and products evolve
• First-pass review and redlining of standard agreements; draft from templates as volume requires
• Build and own structured intake for legal workstreams across the company
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that replace manual processes
• Maintain the legal governance record: privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars
• Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths
• Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack
