Job summary

Nexxen is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to partner with the Chief Legal Officer and Legal team. You will own contract lifecycle operations, implement Ironclad, and optimize matter intake, workflows, and reporting to drive efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and deploy AI-powered tools where appropriate. Hybrid work arrangement in NY is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification or legal ops training a plus.
• 5+ years in legal operations, contract administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing Ironclad, not just end-user use.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable CLM workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira to manage legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle operations including intake, routing, approvals, and reporting.
• Administer Ironclad CLM platform, design workflows, templates, forms, and dashboards.
• Translate requirements into automated CLM workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Oversee Jira Service Desk, optimize Jira-based legal workflows and tickets.
• Maintain contract repositories, matter records, and playbooks; support governance.
