Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) invites applications for a Senior Administrator in the global Legal department. You will lead the Office of the General Counsel’s Legal Support team, shaping priorities, driving technology platform improvements, and ensuring data integrity across the department.

You will partner with the General Counsel on department-wide initiatives, advance AI initiatives, and supervise talent development while maintaining governance and compliance standards in a complex financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supporting an in-house legal department or similar environment.
• Supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience administering document management systems (iManage/NetDocuments) with testing windows.
• Proficiency in report generation, data extraction, and MS Office suite.
• Experience with records retention, access reviews, and certification in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Legal Support team and set project agendas.
• Coach and grow the team through performance management and workload planning.
• Partner with the General Counsel on department-wide initiatives and priorities.
• Design and improve Legal Support processes, standards, and training.
• Own the roadmap for the OGC’s core technology platforms and testing.
• Drive firmwide adoption through training, access reviews and reporting.
• Advise on AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Manage records retention, destruction, access certification and policies.
