Responsibilities

• Prepare initial drafts of routine memoranda for board/committee meeting books.
• Prepare shell minutes for Legal Analysts and Attorneys.
• Maintain and update minute books and organizational binders.
• Assist analysts and attorneys with follow-up board and committee matters.
• Develop understanding of mutual funds regulations and ensure compliance.
