Qualifications

7+ years of experience in legal operations.
Deep expertise in legal technology including CLM platforms (Ironclad a major plus).
Experience supporting global teams.

Responsibilities

Design and improve the operating model for the Legal function.
Manage legal technology stack including contract lifecycle management and e-billing.
Oversee relationships with outside counsel and legal service providers; track budgets and performance.
Collaborate with automation teams to scale processes using AI tools.
Define metrics and build dashboards to monitor priorities, workload and performance.
Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to align legal processes with company operations.
