Job summary

ZwillGen is seeking an experienced Principal Legal Analyst to support third-party requests for user data from clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with 7+ years in the legal or compliance field and a thorough understanding of relevant laws like the ECPA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the legal or compliance field.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and apply for a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements by responding to third-party requests for user data.
• Analyze and respond to legal requests for user data in accordance with client policies.
• Drive accountability and alignment by participating in QA and proposing training.
