Qualifications

• Experienced leader overseeing client engagements and teams in a legal/compliance context.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements by tracking progress, prioritizing tasks, delegating work, meeting deadlines, reporting risks, and updating leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of applicable laws relevant to client guidance.
• Analyze, interpret, and respond to third-party legal process requests for user data with accuracy and consistency.
• Review and resolve team escalations, seek guidance on complex matters, and document resolutions.
• Assess client workflows and materials, propose procedural improvements, and escalate questions for review.
• Evaluate engagement data to refine benchmarks and allocate resources effectively.
• Support QA and training to improve team performance and outcomes.
• Translate reports and data into meaningful insights for leadership and strategy.
• Assist in successful client onboarding by building expertise in client policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and confidentiality.
