Job summary

As a key member of the legal team, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including SaaS licenses, IP licensing, and procurement contracts, ensuring business goals are met while managing risk.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of agreements including IP licensing and SaaS.
• Lead contract workflows with Sales and Procurement teams.
• Support marketing agreements and events compliance.
• Work independently and with outside counsel on significant matters.
• Drive efficiency and consistency in contract support.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.
