Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements and IP licenses.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review a broad range of contracts including IP licensing, SaaS, services and procurement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support commercial transactions.
• Lead major contracting projects and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Improve contract processes and keep consistency across the organization.
