Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar or RIHC (in-house).
• Minimum of 15 years of legal experience.
• Proven in-house or top-tier firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and trade compliance teams; set goals and coach performance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate prime contracts with US Government and related subcontracts.
• Advise on sanctions, export controls, and compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations on risk and governance.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets; improve processes and templates.
