Responsibilities

• Analyzes legal issues and implications on GPS products and services.
• Provides clear, actionable legal advice to internal partners and leadership.
• Interprets laws and regulations from compliance and business risk perspectives.
• Supports cash management and treasury services including domestic/international transfers.
• Directs outside counsel and coordinates with paralegals and peers.
• Advises on domestic and international payment systems such as Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT.
