Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to champion AI-informed contract review at JLL Technologies. You’ll negotiate customer agreements for SaaS and technology products, advise on AI-related terms, and help build templates and governance for responsible AI use, working closely with business leaders.

You will join a hands-on legal team supporting a Fortune 200 platform and drive deals while managing risk and maintaining strong compliance practices.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Meaningful experience negotiating commercial or technology contracts.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and close customer agreements for SaaS and tech products.
• Advise on AI-specific terms in vendor and customer contracts.
• Build and maintain AI governance guidance and templates.
• Partner with business leaders to design faster, safer processes.
