Job summary

JLL Technologies is seeking a Legal Counsel to negotiate SaaS and technology contracts and to shape how AI is used in our contracting workflow. You will be embedded in the business to balance speed with risk, under the guidance of senior counsel.

You will help refine templates, playbooks, and governance for responsible AI, while supporting product and venture activities across the JLL Technologies portfolio.

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Significant experience negotiating commercial or technology contracts.
• Strong business partner mindset with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close customer agreements for SaaS and technology products.
• Advise on AI terms in contracts, data use rights, and indemnities.
• Help build guidance for using AI responsibly in contract review and drafting.
