Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator for a 100% remote role. You will manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts, communicating with attorneys and high-net-worth clients while analyzing aged receivables to improve cash flow.

You will also develop SOPs, leverage Aderant for analytics, and generate reports on aging, collections, and trends, partnering with attorneys on sensitive matters and ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections in a law firm or professional services.
• Proficient in generating reports in Excel.
• Strong communication with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients about balances and payment status.
• Analyze aged receivables and prioritize collections to improve cash flow.
• Develop and document SOPs for collections workflows.
• Leverage Aderant to monitor, track, and report AR performance.
• Create ad hoc reports on aging, collections, and receivable trends.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop collection strategies for sensitive matters.
• Investigate billing disputes and client concerns to facilitate resolution.
• Monitor trust and estate receivables and align with firm policies.
