Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Legal Collections Coordinator for a 100% remote position. You will oversee full-cycle collections for attorney and client accounts and collaborate with partners and high-net-worth clients on balances and payment statuses.

You will analyze aged receivables, develop SOPs, and generate reports to monitor collections performance, using Aderant to track activity and AR trends. Experience in professional services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections at a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with running reports in Excel.
• Strong communication with attorneys, partners, and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle collections process for attorney and client accounts.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, and clients regarding balances and status.
• Analyze aged receivables and prioritize collection efforts to improve cash flow.
• Develop SOPs for collections activities and workflows.
• Monitor and report on collection activity using Aderant.
