Responsibilities

• Supervise financial support staff to ensure quality service delivery and achieve client satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee staffing and workflow volumes; allocate resources by shift and service line.
• Ensure timely billing of unbilled balances and follow-up on accounts receivable.
