Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial support services employees to ensure quality service delivery per SOPs and account plans.
• Supervise staffing and workflow to match headcount with volumes and shifts.
• Ensure billing workloads are appropriately weighted and balanced.
• Oversee employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, training, and development.
• Identify training needs to maintain high skill levels across the group.
• Monitor client inventory balances and ensure timely billing of unbilled balances.
