Crum & Forster’s Legal Department is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst to join the Intelligence & Transformation team. Based in Eatontown, NJ or remote, the role focuses on contract lifecycle management via e-signature tools and AI systems.

Expect involvement with triaging requests, renewals, NDAs, and cross-functional process optimization. The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Legal Studies, Technology, Computer Science, or Business with 3+ years in the legal field, insurance, or legal tech.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Legal Studies, Technology, Computer Science, or Business (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in the legal field, insurance industry, or legal technology.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in legal process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Triaging contract requests and managing renewals.
• Negotiating NDAs and collaborating with IT and Business teams to automate legal workflows.
• Supporting claims, subpoenas, and regulatory filings.
