Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Large Law Customer Success Manager based in Chicago or nearby suburbs. You will oversee adoption, value realization, and retention for a portfolio of major law firm clients, guiding change management and ensuring measurable outcomes through AI-enabled drafting, research, analytics, and workflow solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of large law firm workflows and executive-level stakeholder engagement, with a focus on driving measurable business

Qualifications

JD degree and experience with law firms or legal tech.
Experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise software.
Understanding of large law firm workflows and AI in legal work.
Ability to build relationships and deliver value-based plans.
Experience using data to guide strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Large Law Accounts and lead adoption and retention.
Develop tailored success plans aligned to firm goals.
Drive value realization by embedding LexisNexis solutions into daily practice.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement.
Use engagement data to identify adoption barriers and guide change management.
Advise on account strategy and renewal opportunities.
