You will guide executive stakeholders, shape success plans, and partner with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement. You will leverage AI-powered drafting, research, and analytics within sophisticated legal environments to ensure measurable outcomes and strong retention.

Qualifications

• JD degree and experience working with law firms or legal tech.
• Experience in customer success, account management or consulting for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Law Accounts and serve as the primary customer success lead for adoption, value realization, and retention.
• Develop tailored success plans aligned to firm goals and legal workflows.
• Drive adoption of LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI-powered workflow solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for account planning and renewal support.
• Use health and usage data to identify adoption barriers and guide change management.
• Share insights with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and inform product enhancements.
