Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree required for Lecturer/Senior Lecturer
- At least four years of teaching experience in higher education
- Scholarly activity and service in a university setting
- Ability to teach in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats
Responsibilities
- Teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in multiple delivery formats
- Develop and maintain high-quality online course content
- Advise and mentor students; participate in thesis/dissertation committees
- Recruitment and retention initiatives; maintain grades and attendance reporting
- Utilize LMS and instructional technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness
