Qualifications

• Ph.D. or terminal degree in the discipline with at least four years teaching experience.
• Strong teaching record at undergrad and graduate levels; ability to publish in peer‑reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Commitment to mentoring students and collaborating to advance departmental research and funding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Teach campus and/or online courses in Criminal Justice.
• Teach approved curriculum at undergraduate and graduate levels, including possible graduate courses.
• Advise and mentor students; maintain grades and attendance per university policies.
• Participate in thesis/dissertation committees; pursue external funding opportunities.
• Contribute to retention initiatives and service to department, college, and university.
