U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Leave Specialist to manage complex leave-related pay issues, spanning short-term and long-term disability, FMLA, military, parental, and other leaves.

The role collaborates with Payroll and HR partners to ensure accurate pay and compliance while delivering elevated service to employees and managers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in benefits administration, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in benefits administration.
• Experience using Workday including payroll processing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced case management and subject matter expertise in administration of leave programs.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex leave-related pay issues in partnership with Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Serve as senior escalation resource within the leave organization to guide complex cases and ensure consistent leave policy application.
• Support accurate and timely resolution of leave-related pay matters, operational reporting and analysis.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other team members in leave management.
