Role Description

The Centralized Senior Leasing Manager is a full time, mostly remote role responsible for overseeing leasing activities and performance across a portfolio of residential affordable communities. This role monitors occupancy trends, and implements strategies to achieve leasing goals and optimize revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, lead follow up, scheduling virtual tours, reviewing and approving leases, maintaining accurate lease administration records, and collaborating with property management to ensure consistent standards and procedures. The Centralized Senior Leasing Manager also develops resident retention initiatives, tracks leasing metrics, prepares regular reports for leadership, and partners with marketing to enhance lead generation and conversion. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities from a centralized remote environment.
