Housing Trust Group (HTG) seeks a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue across 10–15 affordable housing communities. The role relies on EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, handling lead conversations, tours, applications, waitlists, and recertifications largely virtually while ensuring LIHTC compliance.

The candidate must reside in Florida and be willing to travel to portfolio sites as needed to support leasing events and occupancy issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy 98% or greater across 10–15 communities.
• Oversee EliseAI lead conversations and ensure knowledge base accuracy.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 Rent Café Affordable Housing and related records.
• Lead management for unresolved leads and escalations.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure timely documentation.
• Guide applicants through the virtual rental process and documentation.
